This policy explains what information PigDF collects, why we collect it, and how we handle the documents you convert.

Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text. When you buy a plan we keep a record of the payment, including the amount, the plan, and the payment status. When you send us a message through the contact page we keep your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply.
The documents you convert
The HTML you send to the API is rendered in an isolated browser session and the finished PDF is returned to you in the same request. We do not store your HTML or the generated PDF after the request completes. We only count the request against your plan's credits.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and API secret keys.
- To send you account emails such as email verification and password reset links.
- To process your payments and activate your plan.
- To track how many credits your plan has used.
- To answer messages you send us.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal credentials go directly to PayPal and never touch our servers. We only receive confirmation of the payment and store its reference so we can activate your plan.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services needed to run PigDF: PayPal for payments and our email provider for account emails.
Security
Passwords, sign-in tokens, and API secret keys are all stored as secure hashes. Even we cannot read your API secret key after it is created, which is why it is shown to you only once.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account deactivates it immediately, removes your email address from the active account record, and revokes all of your sessions and API secret keys.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use PigDF after a change means you accept the updated policy.
